Small steps through the city and a workshop for children curated by Valeria Fiorini

Map in hand, we will walk together through a small city lane, recounting the historical significance of the Via Francigena, recalling the needs of the pilgrims who travelled it and the activities that developed in the “resting places” before reaching Rome.
For the workshop activity, we will let ourselves be guided by a thread… weaving history together with warp and weft and using a frame loom, to make a “pilgrim’s bracelet” that will stay with participants as a memento of the afternoon spent together.
Cost € 8.00 per child (free for accompanying adults)
