On 30 and 31 May 2026 the best of Tuscia comes to the historic centre of Sutri with “Sutri in Fiore”. Along the food and wine route, six producers carrying the Tuscia Viterbese label can be discovered and tasted.
The producers taking part:
- Podere Grecchi – IGP/DOP wines from native grape varieties
- Nativa Bio – organic hazelnut creams and pastes
- Alba Pasticceria – traditional Viterbo leavened products and sweets
- CPF – Il Tascolano – artisan cheeses and stretched-curd cheeses
- La Culla del Freddano – Chianina IGP, extra virgin olive oil and organic vegetables
- Ala – La Tua Macelleria – selected meats and cured meats
