The secrets of Canino olive oil

Date: 13 June, 10:00 am. Set in a setting that is both bucolic and artistic, the Ione Zobbi estate is characterised by a skilful blend of modern and ancient — both in its reinterpretation of olive-oil production and in the care given to the artworks dotting the landscape around the mill, created through a competition by students of the Brera Academy in Milan.

Canino, in the Lazio Maremma, is home to one of Italy’s most renowned extra-virgin olive oils, protected by DOP status. Among centuries-old olive groves and mills, the experience tells the story of the Canino cultivar and the milling process, where olive-oil tradition meets innovation.
