Bisentina Island and the wonders of Tuscia

The tour explores the genius loci of Tuscia found in the art of Renaissance gardens and villas: Villa Lante in Bagnaia and Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, all the way to Bisentina, a true garden-island. Immersion in the city of Viterbo, a sort of open-air museum, and a stay in a 4-star hotel in Bolsena, on the lakeshore, complete the journey.

Bisentina Island, on Lake Bolsena, is a garden-island recently reopened to visitors: churches, hermitages and monumental parks among olive and holm-oak trees, in one of the most evocative settings of the Tuscia Renaissance, in dialogue with Villa Lante and Palazzo Farnese.
