Incentive Meeting Algida 2018
Client: Algida
Objective: Annual meeting organisation
Solution: After setting the budget, we planned all logistical details (transport, accommodation, meals, entertainment, hostesses…) relieving the company of all stress.
Result: The meeting was the largest ever held in Viterbo: 1,300 satisfied participants and 70 local businesses involved. Algida thanked the municipality for its patronage by donating a new playground.
Educational Borghi in Cammino 2017
Client: Regione Lazio
Objective: Increase tourism in the villages of Lazio
Solution: We built a complete tourism product (food and wine / guided tours / sports and nature activities),
involving public authorities and private partners from 7 villages across 5 provinces of Lazio.
This integrated tourism project, developed across 7 destinations, was promoted through a communications campaign, trade fairs (TTG), tour operator relations and a blog and press tour with influencers and Italian and international travel journalists.
Result: The blogger and press tour generated event coverage exceeding one million views, 70,000 interactions and posts and articles across social media and publications.
Spazio Pensilina 2016
Client: Comune di Viterbo
Objective: Revitalising urban space by managing a cultural venue for residents and visitors
Solution:
We transformed the former bus shelter into a driver of culture and a venue for major events, involving many local organisations, institutions and businesses.
Result:
Lo Spazio Pensilina is fully part of the city’s social and cultural fabric.
Più di12000 tra visitatori e turisti in2anni hanno partecipato a visite guidate, workshop e exhibitions by local and international artists, including Claudia Scarsella and Benedetta Bruzziches.
Da sottolineare il rapporto con la cooperativa Agatos, finalizzata all’inserimento di persone affette da disagio psichico, che forniscono informazioni di base e first-line visitor welcome.
