Pasta
Among the alleys of Canepina, a route dedicated to one of the most authentic symbols of local cuisine. The visit ends with a guided tasting and the story of the traditions that still make its artisanal production unique.

Wine
An itinerary among hills and cellars to discover the volcanic wines of Lake Bolsena. A day of meeting producers and discovering the vines that tell the story of the territory.

Cheese
In the heart of Tuscia, an experience dedicated to taste and rural memory. The guided tour reveals local productions and processing techniques that combine tradition and quality.

Olive oil
An appointment among olive trees and mills, to discover up close the oil of the Canino DOP. The day ends with a guided tasting and the “ALIMENTUM” exhibition by Gianni Mercuri, hosted in the “Luciano Bonaparte” Municipal Library (14 December to 14 January).
